I am simply a facilitator in the coaching process. As your coach, I will help you discover what your own personal “best” might be.

As your personal coach, I will help you discover what’s really most important to you in your life. Then I will help you design a plan to achieve those things. I’ll work with you to eliminate any obstacles or blocks that stand in your way.

The Process:
It includes weekly phone calls and an open email exchange. The first session will take 60 minutes. All following are 50 minutes to an hour. We will determine at the beginning how often we will want to work together.
90 minutes are $200, 60 minutes are $150. I recommend a starting series of 6 sessions, discounted to $750 if you buy the full package of 6.
